As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers and driving revenue through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon entry to the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs through active listening and product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment according to company standards.
- Upsell products and promote current sales promotions and loyalty programs to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
