Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and solution-based selling
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store-wide goals
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Actively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize average transaction value
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customer-first mindset
- Strong aptitude for technology including POS systems and digital sales tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in multi-tasking in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
