- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CRM management
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory control standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental and store goals
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and learning agility
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for store deliveries)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
