Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences through style consultations and product knowledge
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship building with diverse clientele
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand aesthetics
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seasonal promotions
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer preferences and loyalty programs
- Train on emerging fashion trends and sustainable retail practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end fashion sales experience
- Expertise in POS systems (Shopify/Square) and inventory management
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong visual merchandising and store presentation skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
