- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales goals.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
