Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Drive sales achievement through upselling techniques, visual merchandising execution, and promotional campaign participation
- Maintain pristine store conditions including organized displays, clean sales floors, and accurate inventory management
- Process transactions using POS systems while ensuring accurate cash handling and return/exchange compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store operations, including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up engagement
- Actively contribute to team sales goals and participate in daily/weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management and transaction processing
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical stamina required for standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
