Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
