Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and customer relationship building
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets
- Inventory management and stock replenishment procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
