Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Support visual merchandising standards including floor sets and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and maintain store presentation
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for fashion, trends, and youth culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
