Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and styling recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inspiring store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Contribute to inventory management through receiving, stock processing, and floor replenishment
- Participate in team meetings to share sales strategies and product knowledge
- Represent the brand at community events and local fashion initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred for off-site activations
