- Consistently achieve/exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability and loss prevention standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling, brand-aligned store displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience with proven sales achievement
