Responsibilities
- Build relationships with high-end clientele through personalized service

- Operate POS systems and manage inventory with precision
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain store presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining brand standards
- Contribute to weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/holidays
- Proficiency with CRM and retail management software
- Valid Nevada driver's license (required for inventory runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
