Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively engage customers to understand needs and drive sales conversions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current with inventory
- Support inventory management processes including stock replenishment
Qualifications
- No prior sales or retail experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication skills and approachable, friendly demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
