Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to assist shoppers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
