Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation and floor presentation
- Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in college a plus
- Passion for fashion, trends, and Urban Outfitters' aesthetic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
