Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to build lasting relationships and drive sales
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Merchandise products to maintain visually appealing displays that highlight brand values
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Process merchandise shipments, including unpacking, stocking, and pricing
- Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room areas
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with diverse customer populations
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
