Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Participate in product knowledge training and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sensibility
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
