Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred).
