Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive sales and build loyalty
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals
- Participate in seasonal promotions and product launches
- Uphold premium service standards during peak tourist seasons
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Valid Nevada gaming license (if applicable to specific department)
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
