Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve daily sales targets through upselling techniques and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Merchandise products according to visual standards and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (POS)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
