Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and explain product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be energetic, friendly, and a team player.
