Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized style consultations and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining secure cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting, on-trend store atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate within compliance of all labor laws for minor employees in New York State
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and legally eligible to work in New York State
- Exceptional communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for fashion retail
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts (school schedules accommodated)
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing sales transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
