Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry, providing an exceptional, personalized shopping experience that fosters brand loyalty.
- Drive store sales targets by actively identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and promotions.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and minimize wait times.
- Merchandise the sales floor to company standards, ensuring displays are eye-catching, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology, including smartphone devices and POS systems.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
