Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain the visual appeal of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
