Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in locating products, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed attractively.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to cash-handling policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
