Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on total satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to all loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer applications.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
