Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions about merchandise, and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by remembering their preferences and following up on their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong passion for customer service is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
