Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including displays and inventory
- Drive sales through upselling and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
