Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and visually organize displays to drive sales and brand standards
- Actively upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals

Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday seasons
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions
