Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and merchandising
- Build client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, inviting store environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required for store errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
