Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and offer professional recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stock inventory and replenish merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with technology, including smartphones and POS systems.
