Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets and displays
- Inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized merchandise presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of fashion trends and retail merchandising
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
