Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily KPIs
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inspiring store environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Collaborate with team on inventory management, stockroom organization, and markdowns
- Participate in floor moves and seasonal display transformations
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on brand offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Passion for fashion, trends, and urban lifestyle culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
