Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales assistance
- Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding daily/monthly sales targets
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management
- Actively participate in product knowledge training to become a brand expert
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and store maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
- Must be available for mandatory store meetings and training sessions
