Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and trend insights
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/returns
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals and KPIs
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
