Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to high-end clientele
- Meet/exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain displays
- Participate in product training and brand workshops

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/accessories
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for occasional store transfers)
