- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist in store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on trends and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficiency with POS systems and technology
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
