Our Austin-based R&D hub operates at the intersection of neuroscience, quantum computing, and behavioral psychology. This role offers equity in our moonshot projects and access to our $50M quantum UX lab.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct cross-dimensional user studies using quantum-entangled neural scanners
- Develop predictive empathy algorithms for AI systems operating in metaverses
- Create cognitive blueprints for holographic interfaces with 0.1ms latency
- Lead biometric validation of AR/VR experiences using quantum-encrypted biometrics
- Pioneer emotion-recognition frameworks for sentient AI companions
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to resolve observer effect in UX research
- Document emergent human behaviors across simulated reality layers
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Quantum Human-Computer Interaction
- 3+ years experience with neural interface research (BCI/EEG)
- Published work in quantum-entangled user behavior modeling
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Portfolio demonstrating empathy-driven AI systems
- Security clearance for classified quantum UX protocols
- Experience with multi-reality testing frameworks (Unity/Unreal)
- Understanding of quantum decoherence in human cognition
