As a key member of our Future Interfaces Division, you'll collaborate with quantum physicists, neuro-engineers, and AI specialists to create experiences that adapt in real-time to human cognition while maintaining intuitive accessibility. You'll lead the development of our proprietary 'Q-UX Framework' and mentor a cross-disciplinary team pushing the boundaries of digital interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design quantum-optimized user interfaces leveraging qubit-state visualization and probabilistic interaction models
- Develop adaptive UX protocols that respond to neural-pattern inputs and quantum-state changes
- Lead cross-functional sprints integrating quantum computing constraints with human-centered design principles
- Create predictive UX models using quantum machine learning for anticipatory interface behavior
- Establish industry standards for quantum accessibility and ethical neuro-interaction design
- Prototype holographic interfaces using photonic rendering engines and neural feedback loops
- Author white papers on quantum-human interaction paradigms for academic and industry publication
Qualifications
- 8+ years in UX/UI design with proven experience in emerging technology interfaces
- Advanced degree in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Physics
- Portfolio demonstrating work with AR/VR, neural interfaces, or quantum visualization systems
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum algorithm implementation
- Certification in quantum UX design from recognized institutions (e.g., Quantum Design Consortium)
- Published research in quantum-human interaction or next-gen interface paradigms
