Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum communication protocols
- Develop scalable frameworks for quantum-secure data encryption and authentication
- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to quantum-optimized environments
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Conduct threat modeling for quantum-resistant cybersecurity implementations
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standards)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals preferred
