Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy quantum-safe communication networks with < 0.001% latency
- Design hybrid classical-quantum computing systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead R&D on quantum error correction algorithms achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Develop security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Drive innovation in quantum cloud infrastructure integration
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in distributed systems architecture with quantum components
- Expertise in Q# and Qiskit frameworks with 50+ quantum algorithms deployed
- Certification in quantum-safe security protocols (e.g., NIST PQC standards)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation at mK temperatures
- Strong track record of leading teams through technological paradigm shifts
