Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum processors with classical HPC environments
- Create ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum decision-making systems
- Pioneer novel error-correction techniques for practical quantum computing
- Architect neuro-symbolic AI systems that combine quantum computing with human cognition models
- Establish governance standards for quantum-secure distributed ledger technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid system architectures
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Certification in quantum ethics and responsible AI governance
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
