Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum network architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication channels using quantum key distribution
- Create hybrid computing frameworks optimizing classical-quantum workflows
- Establish quantum hardware-software integration standards
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing infrastructure
