Responsibilities
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum algorithms and error correction for 2026-scale systems
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuits using superconducting and photonic platforms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at premier quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
