Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum architectures capable of fault-tolerant computation
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communications
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through NSF/DoD partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
