Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in machine learning and cryptography
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum computing systems
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners to accelerate drug discovery simulations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world enterprise applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and secure patents in quantum information science
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
