Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical 2026-era applications
- Lead error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Pioneer quantum-secure cryptography standards for post-2025 infrastructure
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics fundamentals
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum hardware interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks for 2026
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or trapped ions
- Strong background in quantum information theory and entanglement
