Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with superconducting and photonic systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience securing research grants or corporate funding for quantum projects
