Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
- Patent or peer-reviewed publication in quantum computing required
