Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum solutions for Fortune 500 partners

- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Optimize quantum machine learning frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Secure $5M+ in government grants (NSF/DOE) for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proficiency with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
